Josh is a founder of Smart Technology Solutions and developed what was merely an idea into the business it is today. He has been involved in business enterprise technology for over 20 years and has a natrual love with all forms of technology. He started STS while working within the Enterprise channel space which spawned the concept for building around paying the relationship holders with residual  commissions inside residential internet opportunities. Josh has deep technical skills along with a wide knowledge of the residential technology space. One of his many passions is AI programming and outside of work he loves spending time with his family in Dallas, Texas.

Gordon drives STS's growth strategy by leading business development and partner program. He has 20+ years of experience in residential internet and technology with emphasis in bulk residential services. Within that, Gordon has worked successfully in new residential construction, REIT's, HOA's, mobile home parks and Single Family Sub-Divisions. He has deep sales and engineering experience in Fiber To The Home, Property Wide Managed WiFi, coax transport and TV/Streaming services.

Gordon graduated from the University of Arizona in Managment Information Systems and holds a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. He is also an Air Force veteran of 12 years during which he served as an Intelligence Officer. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, crossfit, SCUBA, golf, tennis and day trading. He loves spending time with his family in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
